The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award is the most prestigious recognition that building owners and managers can achieve in commercial real estate. Congratulations to 311 W. 333 N. GREEN

500,000–1,000,000 square foot category

The 500,000 – 1,000,000 square foot category was also won by a Sterling Bay building,
333 N Green St. This category had the most competition in it and 333 came out victorious.
333 N Green is the corporate headquarters for Sterling Bay.

Congratulations to the entire 333 N. Green Team (shown above): Chief engineer, Adrian McVeigh, Assistant Chief Jim Kerr, Engineers: Brendan Hickey, Pete Dippolito, Kevin Stachler, Brendan O’Neill.

Additionally, General Managers Martha Mottet and Kristin Axford, Assistant General Manager Anne Griffin, and Property Associate Joselin Rogel, all were an integral part of this success. 
Managing Director of Engineering Patrick Biesty ensured both 311 and
333 had all the resources and support available to accomplish such a goal.
