TOBY Awards 2023

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award is the most prestigious recognition that building owners and managers can achieve in commercial real estate. Congratulations to 311 W. The 500,000 – 1,000,000 square foot category was also won by a Sterling Bay building,
333 N Green St. This category had the most competition in it and 333 came out victorious.
333 N Green is the corporate headquarters for Sterling Bay.
